New Recycling stuff

When you go to the Pawsitively Green center and click the recycle sign, it will give you a recycle bin (you can't take it off or view in your inventory) to show that you are doing the quest (it does not show when you aren't) and once you finish the green center hunt, you get an Earth Day certificate and 200 bb.
